Life here is starting to get dull and meaningless.



The people around me aint the same anymore. From the way they look at me, talk to me and treat me is different. I have to agree with what my prowler friend told me last night during guard duty- the level of intellectual of the people here is low. People from all sorts of background are posted here together. Though its a stereotype, but im just stating what ive seen so far. No doubt there are only a handful of nice people here, the influence of such is still incomparable to the bad aura around me all the time. Probably this will be the main reason why im reluctant to stay here. i'd prob stay because of the money and if i have the chance to choose who to stay with me here. how i wish i can get this burden off my shoulders soon, his feeling sucks. somehow i feel as though it served as a hindrance to me not jus within my jobscope but also my personal time.



sigh, i miss those good friends and days i have in singapore.

miss those times back in bmt n bmc whereby at least the majority shares the same vision or have something common in life. thats what im looking for in an environment where i work in.

i hope this will resolve soon one day.

LIFE

man, i really miss life in singapore.
now i kinda regret coming to brunei. yes i know i can learn alot more skills as a medic here but time is really doubling its pace, faster than what i can manage.

really have too much things to do here.
guard duty, duty medic, cover duty. man, somemre frames come in back to back. duty medic or guard duty on the day i return from outfield is inevitable. im really busy here man. i need a break. although i might have nth to do for a day, i know it wont last for long. i wanna go back.

so many things happen jus when im here for merely 3 weeks. lost my phone, stocktake and other stuff that happened in bunk. i need a close fren who i can talk to. friends are so impt when u are alone out there. man, i miss my friends back in sinngapore. those stupid stuff we do in singapore tgt. siggh

although i have internet here but i cant always go online. i have to share it with my bunkmates for the wireless connection and it can be slow at times. miss those times in singapore whereby i can stay online till late night and do all the shit i want.

ah, dunno why im like obsessed over cheesecakes now. ha
jus finished making an oreo cheesecake, new look and production compared to the previous oreo cheesecake ive made.

i realised i still can make 3 more cheesecakes outta the amount of creamcheese i have.

ytd was mid-autumn festival and we celebrated mum's bdae too. first time doing sth for her. thinking that i am flying off for long soon and im so free now, i decided to make her a cake, BAILEYS MANGO CHEESECAKE(: haha

was so pissed off when i was returning home from simei mrt after my nyaa award presentation.
have obtained my new ezlink card. went to passenger service to ask if i could have my card activated there and the answer was a no. okay, so i went to the ticketing machine to obtain a standard ticket instead. placed a 50bucks note into the damn machine and it keeps rejecting my note. i thought that note might be crumpled or sth, so i took another and try but was to no avail zzz. went to another machine n the result was e same. wth! was in suit and all, so warm and was abt to sweat soon zzzzzzz.

went to e passenger service instead. asked why and was told that they dont accept 50. WTH! why not. damn damn damn. when i alighted at paya lebar, hoping to get my card done at the passenger service but failed. asked if i can get my refund for my standard ticket w them, they rejected me and asked me to queue at the machine. zzzzzzzzz

NYAA GOLD in cjc aint gold anymore. its no longer the PRESTIGIOUS award as it was supposed to be. 500+ awardees, 300+ from CATHOLIC JUNIOR COLLEGE.
CJC's sucha spoiler. Instead of getting the award from the President, we got it from a minister instead, Mr Mah Bow Tan. zzzz. that really defeat the purpose of attending the ceremony.i shld be in korea instead -_-

the joke bout this cheezy session is that we agreeed to come my place to make e cake but many many incidents crop up at e v last min. like it all started w jk asking me whether i have e equipments for baking. and my answer is a big fat NO. lol. he was like wtf, then u bake wad shit. HAHA. nonetheless, we still met up, hoping to get all e crap from ntuc. went there, realised that theres no cream cheese. and we left ntuc after 20mins w/o getting anything! so we walked down to sheng shiong, hoping to get some shit from there. en route, jk stopped me and showed me a shop whereby they sell all sorts of stuff for you to bake. we finally saw the light in the night(:

spent 49.60 in that small little shop! didnt know baking was so expensive. haha, my virginity was taken by jk and it was rather ex eh haha. one classic sentence from me to him that night was, eh i dont think i got oven at home eh. HAHA

since i step into powerhouse. didnt really like the crowd there nor the music. but this time round it was still okayyy..was chilling out with the np peeps in the evening for dinner. was supposed to have like at least 8 guys coming down for steamboat but it turned up to have jus 5. was rather a last min notice, so that result was pretty much okay. haha, wad a consolation to myself.

went to play pool after dinner. met some disgusting guy who tried to act atas to impress a girl. he sucked, like totally! from the way he dressed which is like all white to his cocky behavior. afterall, i realised he's the chinese chinese who tried to act atas but seriously cmi. andy, jonas and i were making fun of him throughout. he got his classic stance after every shot he misses. in chinese they would say zhui du du, or rather something along the idea of sticking out the lips. just one word to describe his mission that night, FAILED.

gotta play lan at bugis. a game i told myself i would nv play again years ago but gotta play it again last night due to great peer influence. and thats DOTA. without fail, i was the target for the opposition for all 3 games we played. i really dunno how to play the game dudes! maybe i can practice it when i want to kill time in brunei.

maybe the downside of singaporeans have made me looked into the prospects of myself taking one step closer to comprehending the culture of japan. or maybe something beyond the culture, haha. i wanna study and move into japan! hmm, gonna buy some book and learn jap when im over in brunei. gambatte! perhaps i should apply for university of tokyo soon uh. haha, and im serious!

5days in japan.
i have to say it was a right time for me to break out of all the stress and thoughts that i have. these 5 days in japan made me feel that army life really suck, big time. its too much of a regiment and stuff. before this trip, ive told myself that i gonna spend this 5days thinking it through to choose between monash and unsw. but i guess, these 5days spent were futile. haha.

those 2 pics above are pics of my lodging temple, the place where i slept. and e one below is how i slept. haha. its basically a few layers of mattress lay on top of each other- the traditional jap way.
okay, im supposed to go on a trip to japan as a pilgrimage and have no other intentions in mind. no shopping, no girls,etc. but prob its fate which allured me to a KAWAII jap girl i saw in the temple. she was the support staff there. i was like omg when i saw her there. haha. i will never forget the way she looked at me and said, Ohaiyo Gozaimasu. :) my 30yr old friend and i were talking and he mentioned about a cute girl he saw. what an coincidence, it was the same girl ive noticed earlier on too. haha. and he actually dared both of us to talk to her on the very last night of the prayers. and that is to tell her that shes KAWAIIIIIII (: shes jus freaking cute and sweet looking. man, i miss her. hahah! but too bad, my fren and i didnt get the chance to do so. prob its because of the cheenarian genes that pulled me back. haha, but i really regret not talking to her. when i went back to bed, i was like, damn, i must take a photo with her tmr before i leave the temple and ask her for her contacts. but afterall, what i thought of are merely just thoughts which never happened. why? i never get to see her after that. zzzzz

It was the 750th anniversary of rissho ankokuron held in taiseikiji.
although this time round there went many ppl who attended this meeting but there were still about 20000ppl from 20+countries. im rather surprised that there's actually a big crowd of believers from the USA.
countries like brazil, ghana, colombia, italy, argentina, etc were also present.
